Meet Curtis Ann
In 1991, Curtis Ann Davis became the sole proprietor of a unique little shop called the Arbor House, located on the edge of Alvin, Texas. Curtis sold the store’s property in 1997. Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. emerged in January 1998 when the store closed. That spring was the first show in Round Top, Texas. Curtis Ann Davis is president and active owner of the business. Curtis Ann’s interest in antiques and collectibles began as a teenager which initiated her first antique collection of dolls and glassware. Her first experience working in the business was for an art gallery and antique shop in Germany. This piqued her interest in antiques even more, leading to opening her own shop when settling in Alvin. She is very knowledgeable about a wide range of topics related to her field and is well-respected among dealers, collectors and show promoters. Curtis Ann Davis is listed in the Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses and also, is a charter member of The Antique & Craft Guild of Alvin, Inc., serving as its President for four years. She is a member of the national Antique Dealers & Collectors Association. Curtis owned the Arbor House in Alvin, Texas for 9 years before deciding to host her first antique show in Round Top, Texas. She was inspired to put her own ideas into reality and offer her dealers more. Arbor Antiques Services also operates estate sales in Texas and beyond for individual items or entire estates. The venue is Round Top is quite impressive on 12-acres with rows of crisp, white tents featuring world class dealers from more than a half dozen countries. With an established reputation built on quality, diversity and knowledgeable dealers, you will be delighted with the best of the best from around the world.
